This might be the time in your life when things feel like they have hit rock bottom. Does your anxiety or depression feel unbearable? Maybe you have recently experienced a bereavement, or a relationship breakdown and feel you can no longer cope alone.
It might be helpful to talk to someone professionally qualified who is experienced and down to earth. I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and I have the experience to possibly help you with these issues.
I offer a secure and confidential, comfortable and non-judgmental time and space to think and talk over issues which may be affecting your life. Taking this time to reflect on and think about things can often give you a completely different perspective and allow you to create better choices for yourself.
