How It Works

Therapy enables you to obtain a greater understanding of your problems and how they can be resolved; gives you a greater sense of ease with yourself and others; and reduces stress and anxiety. Therapy works to address immediate difficulties and to bring about lasting change.
How does counseling or therapy work?

We meet face to face for 50 minutes at the same time each week to explore the issues you wish to talk about. There is no set duration - some people feel ready to stop coming after a few months and others wish to continue for much longer. We can talk about how long you might wish to come for at our initial meeting and we can keep it under review.

My fees are £65. I offer concessions for students and those on lower income.
